Pork Shogayaki (Pork Ginger) 生姜焼き
*no need to marinate*
1. Slice the onion & grate the ginger. Combine grated ginger, soy sauce, sake, mirin, and sugar. Sauce sorted 😉
2. Sauté the onions till translucent.
3. Add the pork and fry till cooked.
4. Add the sauce and cook till most liquid is evaporated.
Serve with shredded cabbage or simply serve on top of a bowl of rice, makes a great donburi 🍚
