1. Cut the vegetables.
2. Stir fry the vegetables for 1-2 minutes. Add the pork slices and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes.
3. Add dashi or water & dashi powder (1 tsp), just enough to cover the ingredients.
4. Once boiled, add two tablespoons of miso paste and mix well.
Garnish each serving with spring onion slices.
