Cold Soba Set

The traditional cold Japanese noodle, Zaru Soba (ざるそば) is the perfect dish to cool you down in hot summer days. 

 

The tray comes with a detachable strainer for serving the noodles; the cup comes with a lid for serving the dipping sauce and garnish. 

 

The tray can also be used to serve cold udon, tempura, and sushi.
